This one burns, no rest at all, you will rest at home.
“Burner”
| 1 mile run 50 push-up 50 sit-up 50 ring dip 50 bodyweight squat 1 mile run |
| For time |
| No rest between anything, it will burn, it’s supposed to… |
If you vomit during the training or 1 hour after it, you have to comment on the post… SIGN IT!!
