Crossfit WOD

This one burns, no rest at all, you will rest at home.


1 mile run
50 push-up
50 sit-up
50 ring dip
50 bodyweight squat
1 mile run
For time
No rest between anything, it will burn, it’s supposed to…

If you vomit during the training or 1 hour after it, you have to comment on the post… SIGN IT!!

“Offday Training”

Active Stretch
1 mile run
20 Burpees
20 situps touching the ankles
400 meter cool off run
3 rounds of burpees and situps, no rest maximum effort.
Make sure to stretch at the end, and take a cold shower to kick the metabolism even higher.

Crossfit Bootcamp

I just finished my Crossfit bootcamp, I have to say I’ve seen the changes so much is incredible, not only on my sizes which dropped (My weight didn’t change that much) but on my strength and my stamina.

I hate running I really do, but now is getting better, and I have to say the RealFlex by Reebok are awesome!

Anyway I’ll start pushing the Workout Of the Day (or WOD) here! in case you want to do it! (I workout at 6am so by the time you read this blog I’ve already put that day’s workout almost for sure)
